Ordered a bedding set for my granddaughter. Had a bit of a mishap with shipping but customer service was very attentive, concerned, and helpful. All of the set pieces arrived timely and, I must say, it's beautiful. Much nicer quality than expected for the price. It's a gift. Hope she loves it. Will order from there again.

I’ve been trying to figure out when my order will be delivered. It read my tracking number is incorrect and the 800 number is pathetic, I was given a number from an operator who said she would connect me with someone who would help me track my package. The number was disconnected! So thanks for nothing! It’s been over two weeks since I placed my order.

I purchased a pair of pajamas and I ordered them in XL because I like pajamas to be loose. When I opened the package I was excited that the colors were just as gorgeous as advertised. I was disappointed that the fabric was not as soft as expected but the real problem was the sizing; they are cut quite small. Based upon the XL I ordered, I would need a 2 or 3 XL in this product (I wear size US 14 pants and those are typically a bit loose).

This review is for the Simple Plush Bedding set. This product is attractive looking and is very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately there were few small defects in the material. Additionally the sizing is a bit misleading. I ordered a Queen Size Set. The actual size, while sized with the same dimensions for a queen mattress it is actually quite a bit small for covering the bedding. There is almost no overhang on the sides. It just sits flat on the queen mattress. Even with the King size on a Queen bed you will only get a 3” overhang. Maybe an inch more with a thin duvet. Definitely not as pictured on the site. Ownkoti has a typical return policy but it requires overseas shipping . If you decide to buy, I would definitely recommend sizing up.

Been waiting 6 plus weeks for a simple delivery. Something special for my birthday has been a nightmare to deal with. Pick any other site, seriously. I’m beginning to think this website is a complete scam.

Dear Customer, sorry to hear that you have not received the package yet. Upon checking, it is on its way. https://t.17track.net/en#nums=JSEBM1615008022YQ Tracking updates may be delayed due to inclement weather, peak holiday traffic, customs inspections, or delays within the shipping network. These conditions are typical within the industry and generally do not affect the overall transit of your package. We would appreciate your patience if you could allow for an additional 3 to 5 days for the tracking information to accurately reflect the latest status of your shipment. However, if you did not receive the package this week. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and our team will help you resolve the problem. Thanks for your understanding.

I had to cancel my order right after I ordered because I couldn't afford it. They were very nice and let me do it. I will definitely order the item soon as the customer service was good
