Superb product (high performance Shark III SUP pump), responsive and helpful customer service (helped expedite delayed delivery). Competitive BUT note prices do not include tax until checkout (and don't state this). This results in Google search showing OM prices to be less than they really are. It is hoped that OM correct this, as is misleading.

First off, I absolutely love my Shark 3 rechargeable pump. It’s been such a great product that I came back and ordered a second one without hesitation. About a year after purchasing my first pump, I ran into an issue where it stopped working. I reached out to Outdoor Master’s customer service team, and they addressed the problem immediately. They offered to replace the pump, and the entire process was incredibly easy and hassle-free. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly stands behind its products and genuinely cares about its customers. Between the quality of their products and their exceptional support, Outdoor Master has earned a loyal customer. I’ll definitely continue purchasing from them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable outdoor gear. Five stars all the way!

★★★★★ - Excellent service and support — highly recommend I recently bought the Shark 3 Mini from OutdoorMaster. Unfortunately, the first unit arrived faulty and didn't work. I contacted OutdoorMaster and they immediately sent out a replacement, which works perfectly. What really stood out was the communication throughout. They kept me updated by email at every stage, with regular progress updates and shipping notifications all the way from the USA. It's rare to get this level of proactive, transparent customer service. A faulty unit can happen to any company — what matters is how they put it right, and OutdoorMaster did so quickly and with zero hassle. I'm really pleased with both the product and the way I was looked after. Highly recommended. Thank You OutdoorMaster.

I ordered a helmet using the size guide; it was also my normal size in other brands. It was too small so I went to the website to return it, where I read that I had to email them. I did, and was offered $4 to keep the $150 helmet. I declined and was offered $29 by another person, which I also declined. To make a VERY long story short, it took 3 months and 40 plus emails to first get the next size up (which also did not fit) and then get a refund. They actually wanted photos of the first helmet to prove that it had not been worn, and photos of the second to prove that it was a size large, among other things. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges after waiting the quoted four weeks after tracking showed my item was in their hands. Edit to add- it actually took a few more months to get the refund, and not due to my bank. Apparently OM disputed the refund. Stay away from this company! They will do everything they can to not issue a refund! Check the other one star reviews, they all pretty much say the same thing. Clearly no one at this company has ever returned an online purchase before.

Why am I being charged 2- $53.00 Charges? On 6/19/ & 6/23?

Vergognosi!

Customer service was very fast and prompt. After detailing my problem they quickly took care of the issue and made everything right. Great appreciated!

I purchased the OutdoorMaster Shark High Pressure SUP Pump through Amazon. The pump died after two uses. I contacted OutdoorMaster customer service to look into a refund or replacement and sent them the Amazon receipt. They requested that I send a video of the pump not working which I did. Then they asked me to test it different vehicle which I also did. Dead again. After multiple emails and borrowing a neighbors car, they said that Amazon was the responsible business. I spent a lot of time trying to meet OutdoorMaster’s requirement, only to find that it was a waste of my time. Why couldn’t they just tell me this in the beginning? Very unprofessional.
