Quality products with quality customer service. Unfortunate failing of charging in my Shark mini pump of 3 months. Was ideal at the job of inflating/deflating SUPs bit suddenly failed to charge. Reached out to customer service, supplied videos to assist with diagnosis and promptly offered replacement. Seamless process and ideal experience. I bought a Shark 3 SUP pump and it was broken. It could only inflate to 10 PSI before giving an error message. Then only 6.7 PSI before error message. And then not at all. It made a horrible screeching sound 2x as loud as my BOTE pump. I reached out to customer service regarding a return and they wanted me to troubleshoot it with dish soap and send them a video. I reminded them I paid extra for free returns and restated my desire to return the product for a refund. Then they offered a replacement. I repeated myself for the third time saying I wanted to return it for a refund. The rep sent me a link, which asked for another photo. Now my return is under "review" before they send me a shipping label. If I do not have a shipping label by Tuesday, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and filing a BBB complaint. I will not be buying from this company again. Editing to note this is order OM165949 and I dropped it off today with the provided label (tracking number 9261 2903 7500 3850 8064 31). When can I expect to see a refund?

I have been paddleboarding for 8+ years, and my previous electric pump was about to give up. After reading a lot of positive reviews of the Shark Mini 3, I ordered the pump directly from Outdoor Master. They did not disappoint. The ordering process was straightforward, with no hidden costs and a clear overview of what I would be paying for. However, after a week or so, I started to get worried because my order wasn't moving and there were no shipping updates. So I sent a message to their customer service, and I received a clear explanation of why the order was delayed and when I could expect to receive my pump. They didn't make promises they couldn't keep. The pump arrived shortly after that, and it is an amazing pump! The Shark Mini 3 is compact, easy to use (it arrived ready to use and fully charged!), quick, and much quieter than my old pump. I'm very happy with the pump, which is a great product, but even happier with their outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!
