I ordered the Shark Pump Mini 3 from Outdoor Master and there was a shipping issue but they very promptly and efficiently corrected the issue and got a new one sent out free of additional shipping charge. Customer service is a priority for me so along with one of the best products on the market, the company has solid values.

The exchange experience was okay (given a questionable return request procedure), but the follow-through was exemplary with a pleasant, prompt and speedy size exchange of a great product.

The person I worked with at customer service was very kind and worked with me. Given I wanted a refund but was past the return policy timeframe, I was offered a replacement since I could not get the pump to seal and inflate my SUP. I appreciate their help.

The Shark III pump is great; it inflates our water mats and paddle board in a very short time. It's easy to use and compact to take on our boating excursions.

After considerable research, I purchased the Shark II Electric SUP Pump, which was easy to setup, use and also inflates multiple boards fairly quickly. There are also several different attachments hooked onto the hose which is provides additional ease and flexibility. After a few years the hose attachment became slightly loose but the pump is still able to inflate my SUP to the required PSI when tightened properly.
