We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Before you contact us, we have sent you an email about updating your address. But didn't get any reply. Since your order was initially not shipped because the delivery address was a PO Box, which we are unable to deliver to. However, please don’t worry — your order has since been shipped and has already been delivered. We sincerely apologize once again for the confusion and delay.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As no thickness preference was noted at the time of purchase, we sent the thinner liner by default. However, we have already arranged a replacement for you. We sincerely apologize again for the oversight.
