A febbraio 2025 (ordine #1519 del 15.2.2025 su outdoormaster.it) ho acquistato 2 caschi per la bici Gem e un casco da sci Kelvin II. Consegna nei tempi e, nonostante un imballaggio non perfetto, i prodotti, conformi alla descrizione, non sembrano avere danni tuttavia i caschi per la bici sono risultati prodotti a luglio 2022. Pensavo che acquistando sul sito ufficiale, no outlet, avrei avuto prodotti più recenti. La data di produzione è un elemento che valuto quando acquisto prodotti per la sicurezza. Ho sbagliato ad acquistarli e non sono stato contattato neanche dopo la recensione anche sul sito ufficiale outdoormaster.it, per una soluzione.

Dealing with their support is such a HEADACHE. I would avoid this company just to avoid their support, trying to return my helmet has been annoying and I still have not gotten my refund & it has been 2 weeks.

Ich habe in 2 Bestellungen 2 Bundel mit Helm und Brille, sowie einen Helm bestellt. Bis jetzt, nach ca. 8 Tagen, ist ein loser Helm im Karton, eine Brille mit Tasche in einem Karton und ein Helm in einer Tasche in Folie verpackt bei mir angekommen. Eine weitere Lieferung wurde durch Amazon irgendwo auf unsrrem Gelände abgegeben. Ist nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Support benötigt ewig, bis man eine Rückmeldung bekommt und kann bis heute nicht belegen, wer das Paket am 14.1.25 angenommen hat. Zumal mir noch ein Helm, eine Brille und 2 Wechselglaser aus 2 Bundelbestlungen fehlen. Ich wollte mir nch einen Helm kaufen, da ich die echt gut finde, aber die Liefer- und Serviceabwicklungen gefallen mir gar nicht. Auch, dass alles in einzelnen Paketen mit verschiedenen Dienstleistern aus der ganzen Welt kommt ist nicht wirklich zeitgemäß. Die Antworten die hier gepostet wurden sind auch zielführend. Lieber die Ware vernünftig liefern.

I placed an order 1/15/2023. To date, I have received the 3 of the 4 item ordered. 1 of the items is the wrong color. Another item has not been received but my stays says “fulfilled”. Customer service is not responding to my request to fix the issue. I would not recommend this company.
