OKL Rewards charge in error
Purchased a settee on line. Was offered OKL rewards membership, did not agree or authorize, but was charged $99 + tax anyway. Now I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. OKL tried the charge three times ... the first two times, my credit card company declined it and checked with me (I confirmed "decline"), but OKL kept trying and my credit card company authorized it the third time for some reason. Not sure these guys are trustworthy if their system does this.

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
Received my end tables 5 months late & was promised a 10% discount (for the inconvenience) that I never received. To top it off, the product is completely malfunctioned, defective & faulty! One of the end tables arrived completely undone - the marble top is not attached, the drawer is falling off, a wooden piece under the drawer fell off, the legs are not attached correctly with the nails sticking out, there is a crack on the back! These were expensive & it is unacceptable that I received it in this condition. Because I didn't report it within 30 days One Kings Lane refuses to rectify the situation in anyway! Never ordering from here again!

There was an issue with an expensive…
There was an issue with an expensive piece of artwork that was handled very satisfactory by the agent of OKL. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

I was able to get a sample of the sofa…
I was able to get a sample of the sofa fabric that was arriving some time later, so I could shop for coordinating fabrics.

I have had a terrible time with…Customer Service
I have had a terrible time with Customer service, until today when I was so lucky to get the help and kindness received from Oscar Rojas!! Absolutely helpful, kind and polite. My past experience with someone named Amin was appalling. He had an attitude and told me I could not give my correct phone number for order. Oscar Rojas restored my feelings about One Kings Lane. item never delivered/ no communication
Ordered gift for Christmas on November 30 and received no communication. After I contacted them on Dec 16, they emailed me two days later that the item had been discontinued. Why would they have sold it to me? Now it’s too late to find a replacement gift.

Epic Customer Service
The customer service agent who helped me was able to find an invoice from a few years ago that I needed to submit on a loss report for a burglary. Not only did Jesus find the invoice, he emailed it to me within 24 hours - I was floored!
