Great service

I've purchased and received an OMTech laser MF2028-100 back in March. It came with no visible damage and set up was relatively easy. When I tried to print something the laser wouldn't communicate with my Lightburn software. Worked with Murphy to resolve this issue. Discovered the motherboard maybe bad and so a new one was sent. Soon after it was discovered the laser power unit was also bad. Worked with Chris to resolve this issue. Parts are still on the way but thus far my experience with their customer service and tech support has been beyond what I expected. Not to forget Janelle who has also been amazing. If I spelled her name wrong, please forgive.

For sure 5 stars machine came in early was already aligned and worked fine.

Have not yet been able to use the machine. Can't get RD Work or Lightburn software to communicate with the laser. Waiting patiently for resolution. Working with support to get this resolved but answers are slow in coming. I'd like to update my review once this is done but that will be yet to be seen. I'm sure that you're doing your best at the moment - I'm just excited to get going. Updated: Parts have arrived and have been installed. My machine is working as I expected. I am excited to update my review. I'm well pleased with the results, sometimes being patient is the most difficult part.

Our business recently purchased an OMTech 70w Laser. Before we get too far, let me acknowledge that this was a laser that had been returned for some reason. When we received it, it was not in the original crate, and there was some very minor damage to the unit, but we were aware that might be the case. Everything that was supposed to be included was present. There were a few minor issues that had to be corrected through some e-mails, and a little common sense. The tech support was excellent, and they answered each question quickly and in a way that made it easy to correct the problems. Once they were corrected, the laser worked like a charm, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Super fast shipping! Almost to fast, we weren't quite ready for it.

I bought a refurbished 55w CO2 laser. It has some cosmetic defects, but works good. Customer service was amazing. Anything I've needed has been handled quickly and efficiently.
