I think the price on this is too high. It works but not fully with removing/ reducing smell. I do enjoy the different settings of levels of strength for how high you want the fan to work. 7/10 for me.

I ordered my laser engraver online so I really didn’t have a customer service experience yet. But everything was perfect. The only issue was the trucking company could only give me a 5 hour window for delivery. Which is probably pretty standard just not convenient. The crate arrived in perfect condition. I unpacked it and installed it in my shop with no issues. I love that I can improvise a little as far as the exhaust and water cooling because the price point is great! I’ve been making product for about a month now and I have learned enough to churn out product with no mistakes just still can learn more and improve my efficiency. Thank you OMTECH!

I originally had a glowforge and no issues with it but decided to move up to an omtech2028 and 1220 lasers. My 2028 started engraving poorly and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it so I set up my first 45 minutes of virtual tech support (this one was free). Although the person helping me was knowledgeable of the machine he wasn’t really all that knowledgeable about the lightburn software. I am very disappointed in the quality of support and Knowledge that this technician has given. My 2028 still isn’t working like it should almost 1month later.

I purchased a MF 1220-50 Laser and had a problem with the laser firing during setup. The problem was finally determined to be a defective water sensor and a replacement was shipped to me in one day. The problem is now resolved and the laser works great. Great customer service!

It’s a pretty machine. Hasn’t worked for weeks. I only got to test it in two small projects. Tech support is painfully slow. I would not recommend purchasing unless you have patience and months to figure out how to replace parts. Still hoping it will work one day.
