I am so excited for my Pronto 35 to arrive! I ordered the 90W to pair with my CNC machine and I like how big the workbed was while still being compact enough for my garage workshop. This is my first OMTech machine and I've been working with lasers for around 8years. Can't wait to see how it meets my expectations.

The machine arrived and was easy to set up, but the inline fan didn't work. Support eventually helped with a replacement, though response time could be faster.

Omtech customer service is great. They answer quickly either in their website chat or through email. Great experience!

In Janurary, i faced a computer connection issue with my Omtech laser. After several rounds of back and forth with their support team, they confirmed it was a warranty covered problem, thank God! Omtech sent me a brand new Polar at no cost and even provided a shipping label to return the old one!

I own two OMTech lasers — a 60W and an 80W — and I absolutely love them. Both machines are reliable, powerful, and deliver consistent, professional results. The 60W is great for detailed engraving, while the 80W handles thicker materials and larger projects with ease. They’ve been a great value for the performance they offer and have become essential tools in my workshop. I’m already dreaming of adding a fiber laser to the mix next.

Good morning OMTech. I am sorry to say that your website is still very difficult to navigate. Maybe it is just me but when I click on an item your website does not take me where i want to go;.

After I left a negative review about Omtech’s customer service and my Omtech Polar, a company representative began calling me repeatedly and left numerous voicemails. When I finally returned the call and spoke with “Olivia,” it felt like reliving my original, frustrating service experience. The service representative had no real knowledge of the machine, sounded as though she was reading from a script, and at one point even tried to transfer me to a sales rep so I could “upgrade” to a more expensive model. When she called again, the connection kept cutting in and out, making communication impossible. I’m fairly certain Omtech’s customer service is based overseas and that their representatives are simply following a rigid flowchart script. Beware! If you purchase this machine, you’re essentially on your own. Should any issues or questions arise, Omtech will not provide meaningful support. Were it not for YouTube tutorials, my Omtech Polar would be nothing more than a giant paperweight. It’s also disappointing that Omtech appears to have abandoned offering replacement parts or upgrades specifically for the Polar. Save yourself the frustration and get an XTool instead.
