A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT MY FAMILY IS WORTH IT.

Product was sold to be equivalent to what I had and operate the same and it does not.

They told me all the time is was a contract for 16 months, so i signed the contract trusting the sales person. THE INITIAL TERM SHALL BE 60 months (5 YEARS/NOT 16 months) THIS AGREEMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUCCESSIVE EIGHTEEN (18) MONTH RENEWAL TERMS OR FOR THE LONGEST PERIOD OF TIME PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS LESS, UNLESS THE CUSTOMER OR COMPANY GIVES WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO THE OTHER AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE END OF ANY INITIAL OR RENEWAL TERM.

My doorbell is not working that was one of the main reasons I got the system. I have called have it fixed or have something done about it I have not received a call back or anybody out here. I cannot see spending the money I have to spend every month and not even have the equipment working

Customer service kinda slow, technians also slow to call back, been having issues with panel ever since the first week was up and the skybell not working all the time and the same excuse that it's my internet connection. Funny that's the only thing running slow is the skybell and the panel is not synced at all now !! But a technian will come and fix it any time for free so what every other week?? Well I can take it out I was told but that was the main reason I wanted the system was the skybell. So we will see after they come this time to fix it, is it worth the 61.99 a month for the next 5 years that I'm stuck in contract?? Not sure yet??

I have recommended this company to many of my friends.

Both the sales guy and the installer deserve 5 stars.

When it work it works with my lot of fuzziness, stops and go. Paying for something that doesn't work well is a rip off. Now it's hard to get service and everything has to be text or email.I think it's unfair to be lock into a contract and can't get the service you pay for.
