Door bell doesn't sound loud to long to connect sky bell when someone rings bell

The installer was late 30 min. Couldn't install equipment properly. Was on the phone a majority of the time. Left a mess and didn't clean up. Couldn't finish the job. Broke my garage door opener. Had to come back a 2nd day on a basic install. Was an hour and 30 min late the next day. Front door wouldn't close wouldn't lock. Still couldn't install all equipment purchased. Installer spoke bad of their own company and fellow workers. Even the rest of the workers I spoke within the 2 day nightmare all spoke bad of their own company and of each other. I called another company and they laughed at the work that was done. Not only did the new company fix the issue they cleaned, uninstalled the mess installed their own and made everything better in 3 hours. I'm happy now

Eric stopped by our house and I asked him to come back when my husband was home, he came back and spoke with him ( of course I wasn't there.) so again he left and came back! That night we signed up! Got everything door locks, panel, window break monitor, and motion detectors installed that evening! Such an amazing experience so far! I've never felt more safe in our home!

When presented with the contract to sign to be with NorthStar, I was already under contract with another company. After a couple of days, we encountered a few problems. My husband called and spoke with Hayden Faas. Most of the problems were fixed. One major problem still needed to be addressed. I have been in touch with Mr. Faas with several emails. Each time I contacted him, he made sure the issues were taken care promptly and usually the same day. I am very anxious to continue with NorthStar as my home security provider.

It was expensive for what little you got. The guy that came to the door was very pushy to get me to purchase it, I even asked if they could give me sometime to look over my budget to see if I can afford it and of course the answer was no because I wouldn't get the "deal" they had at the time. When they came back to pick up the equipment they didn't hook up my thermostat back up correctly and lost parts to it, they didn't even test it to see if it was working correctly. I called to see if they could come fix it and told me I could have an HVAC person come out and send them the bill and they would "review it". So I ended up having to buy a new thermostat and put it in myself when it was 90+ outside when I have two kids and also pregnant. I wouldn't recommend this company after the experience I had with them.
