I am late on writing this review about our experience with Northstar Moving Company. However, I'll just say that it was Amazing! We had the honor of watching these four men do a great job. The names were as follows: (It was difficult for me to read their handwriting, so I apologize if I made mistakes with their last names) The hard working, honest and careful men were as follows: Austin Bastian (Lead), Adam Derr, Noah Harker, and Albert Northrup. With that being shared, I wanted to say THANK YOU guys!!!! They got all of our 3 bedroom apartment completely packed and delivered in one day. They were an awesome group of guys! We only did a small amount of work ourselves packing and getting organized. Because of this reason, we expected that this would be a two day job. However, as I mentioned earlier, all was done in one day. This included taking our beds apart and then putting the beds together once we got into our new place. For all our future moves, we will only use Northstar Moving Company. We LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!

Great Company. Sales guy did an awesome job. The installer was very knowledgeable and made sure we knew how to operate the system. Love having the cameras and being able to see who is at the door even when we are not home.

Nick did a great job on getting my unit in and telling me how to use it I will highly recommend him to my friends. And Northstar. Gary Gonzalez

Our 2 representatives Max and Matt were very informative, polite, nice and well groomed. I appreciate them stopping by, as I was needing this type of easy system.

I've had NorthStar Home for over 10 years now. I will not switch due to their ability to keep my home secure and safe at a reasonable price. Are they the lowest? Of course not. They offer quality products. Are they the most expensive? Nope. They provide what I need at the price I can pay. I also love their Tech Support. What a brilliant idea to give the customer an opportunity to fix an issue with the system over the phone before sending out a tech. If it can be fixed with just a few minutes over the phone then I say, "Great! Let's do it." I also saw some interesting comments about NorthStar's agreements/contracts and auto-renew. It's all in the contract before you signed it. If you don't read your contract...then don't sign it and get all bent out of shape after the fact. You only have yourself to blame! So stop taking time out of your schedule to write a negative review when it's NorthStar that should write a review on its customer's that sign the agreement before they read and agree to the terms. How about you take a minute to write a review on the reps and/or technicians that did all they could to ensure you had a positive experience AFTER you signed and agreed to the contract. I appreciate what NorthStar has done for me and my family. I recommend NorthStar Home to everyone. Even my family and friends. Thank you, NorthStar!

We had another alarm service. Every time I called them with a problem either they didn't solve it or they charged me for everything including service calls. Your salesman ( Johnny N. ) was great ! He didn't hi pressure me. Walked me through everything. The gentleman who installed the system arrived when on time. After installing system walked me through it also. I felt quite comfortable with operating it. A month later was having problem with alarm. Called Johnny. He called your company and someone was calling me with in 5 mins. This gentleman determined the problem walked me through it and it was fixed in a matter of mins. No extra cost, and it was able to be fixed without having to rearrange my schedule for a repair which you would have sent if the problem wasn't rectified. Thank You
