Easy to navigate and very helpful for when my great grandchildren are here I know when a door is opened and which one so I can check where they are. The the medical device feel much at ease with it in case of an emergency.

They lied about everything. They told me my cancelation period is 30 days but it was only 3 days. Also, if I going to move to another house I can cancel contract and it is lie and I should take them with me or pay for the rest of the contract. So if you want to cancel contract with them you can not do that. Please be aware that they are liers.

From sales to install everything went great, if too fast is possible they were really too fast. Install was professional and went over every detail of the system.

do not work good.everytime i leave home my alarm goes off .I called & called they say someone will call you with in 24 /48 hrs. i had to call back and the guy that installed it , I had to call him he came out changed my old senors from ADT to they sensors, which i feel that should have been done when they installed the system. my camera works when it want to. they say my internet not strong enough. i called centurylink 3 times, they say I have the strongest Upload for my aera.Im still haveing trouble wit it. My advice is if you have ADT stick with it please, I wish I would have.its been 2weeks im not a happy customer.I sounds good but trust me its not.bought a camera from Homedepo and it works better. Northstar camera works when it wants to.Only if i knew.When this contract is up im going back to ADT trust me.

Northstar has been responsive to small problems that occurred due to storms. The tech people are polite, patient and professional.

I have yet to have updated sensors added to my home. It has been a month now.

Poor services on getting my camera fixed for 2 weeks...

I was without service for 3 weeks because of defective device and horrible customer service. After waiting for so long decided to change service was told I would have to honor 1 year contract (payment).Would not recommend this to anyone
