Please teach Salespeople that "listening" is a critical part of the job. Be willing to take no for an answer and not pushy. It seemed he would say anything to get the 'sale/commission.' Promised 45 min install took over 3 hours even though we requested the install occur 2 days later (more convenient) for us- we got a story about installers in the area and he would make more commission. Installers were "great" cleaning up the salesman's messy communication. Of course he left while they remained to do the "work!" Also, he kept bad-mouthing ADT for which we were perfectly happy with and had NEVER experienced a problem. The only reason we changed is because I now work for Honeywell- so I endured a very long night that could have been handled much differently with attention to 'customer satisfaction' and listening to MY needs. thanks for the oppty to review!

Accidentally opened the front door one day without disabling the security first. Pretty sure we won't have any issues knowing when an intruder enters the house.

Hi, since I have had the service I been having issues with the equipment. Most night I haven't been able to set the alarm. I call about the issues someone came out to fix the problem but I'm still having issues. Don't know why I'm having so many issues. Northstar was a quick and easy install. Friendly customer service. Since the install hasn't failed us yet. Like the look of the hardware, it blends in very well. The monthly rate is very low compared to most. Five year contract but worth it and saves you money with most insurance companies. I would recommend this home security company to anyone.

I didn't know that breaking my contract would cost me a pretty penny. I ended up paying ADT 638.00 because I broke their contract. If I would oit known I would of checked first. And the text and the email I find is a little to much. But I enjoyed the service I got from Zac
