We had so many issues because our installer was inexperienced. He had to come back three times in order to complete the installation. Choose a different company if you are looking for hassle-free.

So far we have had the system going on 2months. Zac out salesman was nice and professional, but we have still yet to receive what was promised to us for our alarm system. The Northstar app is mediocre at best and doesn't always work to set the alarm. The doorbell camera does not always work as it was described to us. And loses signal most of the time. I'm glad my wife feels sad with an alarm system, but I will not recommend Northstar to my friends or family for the cost and what was promised was not delivered.

Honestly, the system is easy to use and simple to correct if I forget to turn off the alarm.
