I had a security system installed. It has never been completed. There have been a couple of different people here working on it. The last one that was here ( probably at least a month ago) said he would be back that weekend and he would call me. I have never hear back. My system is not working completely. I have had a couple of messages asking me to call back,but don't have the number. I would like to have the whole system working.

Only at the very end of our 2 hr long sales pitch were we exposed to the huge Verizon hook-up fee (nearly $300) and an increase in our monthly rate from our previous provider of nearly 60% (over a $20/mo. increase) for 5 yrs!

I usually don't respond to knocks on the door by salesmen, but there was something different about Tim…..so i let him in and listened to his info on Northstar. I liked what i heard and signed up. I don't mean to make it sound easy because i am a hard sell, but Tim was knowledgable, cordial, personable and extremely sensitive to my comments about the loss of my huband. Bottomline Tim LISTENED! A lot of salesmen are so busy selling that they don't listene…….Tim LISTENED.
