Excellent Service and a Safe Home, NorthStar is worth it.
From the first time that we interacted with Chase, our representative, we knew we were probably going to like NorthStar, and more importantly, we knew we would have a safe home. The entire process was easy, and the knowledgeable representatives answered every question. We were able to use our system the same day. I would recommend the Skybell cam, the picture is clear, and you can monitor your home from just about any location. NorthStar is an excellent company and their products ensure a safe environment for your family.

Customer astonishment at its best
Said what was going to happen and it did. Easy process from ordering to install by very professional installer. Equipment easy to operate.

Very pleased with our system but still a couple of bugs that need working out with voice communication at front door.
Very pleased with the guy that came to us with this offer. Tech that came out was great. Need to get him out here again for video/voice random problems. We like all the safety and security this system provides. We really have so much more peace of mind knowing we now have this system in place. LOVE THE SMART HOME FEATURES!

Love my new alarm
Nothing but great service with North star. I just wish I would have received two key pads. One for front door an one for back door.

Excellent security system
We have been wanting to have northstar as our security company ever since my daughter signed up with them a year or more ago. We forgot about it until one afternoon when a young man stopped by while we were working on the yard. He saved me from more yard work, so that was the first thing in his favor! I was impressed that the system was installed the very same day! Wow! What great service! We have had Northstar about 3 months now. A representative stopped by last week JUST TO SEE HOW WE WERE DOING AND IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. NO SALES PRESSURE! How amazing is that in this day and age? Wonderful, wonderful company! You should try them. You won't be disappointed!
