System does not do everything we were told. Was told at them of installation there wasn't a fee for permit and there is. Sensors are not lined up properly.

The product actually gives me peace of mind. I can access everything easily from my phone or from the touchpad screen that looks good. The customer service has been excellent thus far. The salesman was a nice young man who was great with my daughter (6 month old). The installer was prompt, professional, and efficient. If looking for a security company I recommend NorthStar

Locking and unlocking the code far easier than punching in the code like I did with ADT. I feel safer, in light of the crisis in our country, with the wireless.

Love the alarm system but we were promised 3 months free and didn't get it. Then we were charged $100 that we were told would be waived. Then after speaking to customer service we were told it would be refunded and that never happened.

The salesman Max Kupetz was very helpful and patient explaining the system. Worked with me and my budget. Also Josh, the installer was very professional and also helped me set up the apps that go with the system.

Installment of system became too complicated. Northstar outsources to companies that are not kept informed. Installment should be done in one visit. We kept getting the "run around". Very frustrated so we cancelled our account. Will chose a more reputable company.
