3 weeks since installed and so far works great.I would recommend this company to anyone.

I think the equipment looks nice but, it buffers for the doorbell it doesn't work well with my Wifi I have so I can never view live feed or watch live or hear the voice. Also, customer service tells you one thing and never stays on it not consistent with getting back to me. Telling what I will have to keep and can't cancel services is not what I should be told by Melody the Northstar representative.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly describe our recent experience with the installation of our new security system from NorthStar Home. Colton, our sales epresentative, was knowledgeable of the product, answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and provided a very low-pressure presentation. Easton, our installation technician, also did a fine job and was courteous and friendly while in our home. He provided a demonstration of our new system and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and get an upgraded, cutting edge, state-of-the-art security system for your home. Your family will be grateful!

Cameras can stand to be better (slow) digital quality

I am satisfied with the service...although we can't enter the house without 1st turning off the alarm through our phones..we need to be able to walk in the house without setting off the alarm with enough time to walk over to the panel and turn off the alarm...other than that we are new with using the system and look forward to having a great experience...

Have not had any problems with the system, it is working Great. Just needed an extra Keyfob
