Started out very nice , friendly and informative, started the purchase and received the security system that night . But they did not have all 4 cameras I wanted so they were to return the next week to install. Now 6 weeks later still no cameras and nobody following up with phone call or email to explain or schedule. I contacted them 2 times once about the cameras and was informed they just came in and would be contacted within the week, (3 weeks ago)Last week I called because I was sent a delinquent payment message which was wrong the payment had been processed. they fixed that and I asked about the cameras and she said she would find out and let me know, 1 week later and still no answer.

The system works great and is very easy to use. Gives a great peace of mind when away from the house. The salesman pushed a Glass Break sensor that was not needed even though he promised it would. This sensor also went off a couple times inadvertently.

My service has required a technician to come out 3 times already, now a fourth time. Right now I cant gey accurate video events or skybell activity. I am still showing July 16th material although a technician was out her on July 20th. I have grown very displeased with this alarm service and equipment. Even when a storm rolls through, a customed sedvice rep doesnt even call to make sure tbe service lines havent been cut due to a burgular. Unacceptable service and the price and sedvice contract is too long for such bad service. At this very moment the skybell constantly rings, but No live events.

Two youngmen came to my house with new ideas for security. They were knowledgeable in the latest edition of home security. They gave me everything I needed. So happy with the thermostat, the camera doorbell, and the state of the art security panel. Most of all the price is right. Very happy love this Company. Thanks so much.

The sales representative we worked with Kyle Gunderson was great He really took the time to explain everything to both my husband and I, never making us feel pressured. The installation guy (sorry, can't remember his name) was quiet and kind, however when he left I realized he drilled the hole for our Sky Bell too forcefully and broke a chunk of plaster off our wall. As for the products, we are pleased with everything minus the app that is associated to our Sky Bell. The application crashed about 95% of the time or is so delayed in loading that whom ever was at the door has left. We're hoping that with a few improvements made to the phone app, we'll be 100% satisfied.
