The salesman was overly aggressive, he didn't provide the maximum security services I require for my home. In comparison to other companies I didn't receive the benefits of full added security (i.e. cameras, window sensors). Also I received a door bell camera which the installer left the wiring exposed therefore anyone can cut the wires, there's no covering. I feel I am stuck in a contract without the services I require and desire.

The Northstar team was amazing from start to finish. They really knew their product and suggested only the things that we needed. They didn't push us into choosing something that we truly wouldn't benefit from. Since they installed their product in my home, I now have peace of mind for my dog who occasionally stays home alone and for my infant son when we are home alone while dad is away working hard.

So far everything seems to be working fine. Everyone involved in the process (presentation-Ryan & installation of the system) did an exceptional job. I have some questions regarding the operation of the system. I'm still working on that, but know I can contact support anytime. Thanks Raymond Vargas

Sales guy mad the pitch over and over again stating the reimbursement check will be quick once I provide proof of pay off to previous security company. Quick was an UNDERSTATEMENT. He failed to mention payment made after additional steps. Once Northstar receives the pay off documents from previous company, it must be approved, a phone call must be made recording your acknowledgment "northstar will not be responsible for any additional $$s paid out", then the check is processed. By this time the payoff to the previous company is due. And the check still hasn't arrived. Nothing worse than sales people trying too hard to sell something and not be honest.

Northstar is a very reliable alarm system. Only had it a short while but so far i am extremely satisfied.
