Easy to follow app and comprehensive but similarly user-friendly control center.

3 days after our system was installed it went down and we had to wait 5 days to have it fixed. Now that it's working we are happy with it so far but it's only been 3 weeks so time will tell. It's been set off once but we got no call I think because I shut it down quickly. We also had a camera put in our door bell that we like very much as we can now tell when someone is on our front steps.

I'm new to NorthStar and their sales and installation teams were very professional and made me feel comfortable about them being in the home and installing the system.

A piece of equipment malfunctioned, Northstar did not handle it the way I though they should have. I made the decision to cancel and it has now been over 10 days waiting on my refund. Everyone I speak to seems like they do not want to be there and do not make an attempt to help me other than to tell me that "it is processing" and no one is ever available for me to speak to - not account managers, not the financial department. The same 3 people keep answering my calls and treat me like I am bothering them for calling. I will not be recommending Northstar to anyone I know.

I feared we had an intruder. This service eliminates this fear.

We had very nice people to serve us Jason Myer sold us on it .I'm still getting use to all it does. The technician quietly went about installing it and it is working now. Could have used a pamphlet on the way to use it as I couldn't get it all in one lesson

a few glitches but overall happy with our security system.

I LOVED the customer service we received. Spencer worked hard on customizing a system just right for our family. Within a couple of hours Gerry came to install everything! There were a couple of hiccups along the way but Spencer and Gerry communicated very well to work everything out for us. Yes we would recommend North Star to others!
