Jake Swenson presented himself in a very proffesional manner . He was extremely knowledgeable about your system & was not a high pressure sales person . This is what I appreciate most when looking @ another product for consideration . Being along time ADT customer I had some reservations but he convinced me to go with your system & I am very pleased.
