Very Positive Experience
The team in the SoHo store was knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us narrow down our options while explaining the construction and care of each rug. Customer service post sale was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Pleased customer

Satisfaction à tous points de vue
Au début, j'ai commandé puis annulé la commande : service client réactif, donc remboursement immédiat. Par la suite, j'ai commandé un autre tapis : envoi en 3-5 jours ouvrés . Très beau tapis en laine, d'excellente qualité. J'ai reçu ensuite un mail pour m'expliquer l'entretien de mon tapis.

Very helpful
We didn't make an appointment, but that didn't matter as Felicity was very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. I had seen what we wanted on line and Felicity showed us everything that we wanted to see, offered advice and left it for us to contact her when we needed her help again. Lovely quality rugs, will be excited to get ours when we're ready to order.
