Rug thinner than I imagined

Rug was not in stock even though started so on the site. Shipping took weeks and ended up arriving when we were away and could not accept the item. Customer service was helpful but still seems that there is a disconnect between them and the fulfillment team. However, the quality and appearance of the piece goes a long way to make up for any inconvenience. Very happy and still daydreaming about the curtains!

Edit 9/28/2026: Nordic Knots reached out with excellent customer service and helped me get a new rug which is a better pattern match. I purchased two Orleans Beige/Green runner rugs for either side of my bed. One of the rugs was mislabeled - it was 3 ft longer than I ordered. I ordered another rug of the correct size. It arrived yesterday and the pattern is not identical to the other. It has too many green rectangles per row. The rectangles also look more like squares because their proportion is wrong. I’m returning the too long rug but going to keep the incorrect pattern since I’m not sure I will receive a correct one if I order again. Quality control needs improvement.

Great quality & service. Very pleased with the carpets. But keep in mind that Thie pictures are slightly different than reality.

I love the design of my Nordic Knots rug, but was disappointed by the quality control for a rug at this price point. I was very impressed with customer service, though — they were extremely responsive and understanding, and ultimately offered a price adjustment, which I appreciated. I think if the pricing were better aligned with the quality, these rugs would be a great value. Beautiful designs, but the finishing could be better for the price.

My order delivery timescale was let down by Nordic Knots' third party supplier. The quoted delivery timescale on the website was not achieved. However after raising the long delayed delivery issue with Nordic Knots thier customer service was excellent to promtly step in an resolve the issue and arrange delivery. Customer service took ownership of the issue and were excellent. The rug was beautiful and of high quality. Nordic Knots is highly recommended for excellent rugs and genuine customer care to resolve issues.

The process was fine, but the delivery and some specs were not. The tube that the rug was enrolled in was broken in half which left stretch marks across the center of the rug which doesn’t seem to go away. Also, the rug was 3” short on both sides which effects where I thought the rug would fit. May need to return it. Your thoughts?
