The rug is nice my house was infested with moths within two weeks of the rug arriving. This ended up ruining lots of wool clothing and cost a lot of time and money to get rid of. Would be nice if you took some measures to store these so you don't infest your customers houses with wool moths.

Je suis très déçu de la qualité du tapis. J'ai acheté le tapis Boho, que j'ai payé 1 000€ et il fait bas de gamme. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment Pas terrible. Le tapis n'est pas moche en soi mais on en attend plus d'un tapis à ce prix là. Il était bien plus beau en photo.

Over the years I have ordered a dozen or so samples (for $25 each non refundable). Not a single sample looks anything like the photos they post online. The coloring is so far off it leaves you wondering if they sent the wrong sample. Several friends of mine have experienced the same. I don't order rugs from them any more for this reason.

Update: after leaving this review the head of customer service got in touch to resolve the issue and agree a partial refund. It's a shame it was only properly dealt with at this stage. Upon ordering the curtain, I was also not told that the brackets and rings would need to be added (in addition to the pole) which resulted in further delays. Nordic Knots need to improve customer service from the outset so these issues don't arise. I've upgraded from one star to two. Terrible service so far. I have ordered curtain and Roman blinds but have still not received the items or an ETA on when they will arrive despite asking 8 times. The customer service is very poor and I am left chasing constantly for updates, with a lack of response and emails going unanswered. Much of their online marketing clearly states a 1-3 week turnaround for made to measure, but this is misleading in my experience. I was told the Roman order blind was never put through after a month had passed, but still not update on when they would arrive. I explained throughout that timings were important as I'm heavily pregnant and needed the blinds installed before I give birth, which now won't happen. For a company which presents itself as high end (and is expensive) the customer service is awful and stressful. They have taken payment in full upfront and I still have no idea when or whether these curtains will ever arrive. Wish I'd opted for something else. I would save your money and avoid!

Everything good, until delivery, which took quite some time (but still not a ko criteria to me). Also, transport packaging was very poor (basically wrapped in a single plastic foil that was showing signs of cutters). BUT: Mostly disappointing were the rugs, which did not correspond at all to the pictures. I know that color can vary when seen online or in real life (I order a lot online and I am aware of that). But in this case, both rugs were by far not what was shown on the pictures. Absolutely no parallels. Also, one of the rugs smelled so badly that I had to get rid of it after two weeks (I wanted to give it time and hoped that with open windows, the smell would fade with time. I was wrong). I am disappointed as the online presence of Nordic Knots was very promising.

Actually I am quite disappointed about the quality of the rug. The design if wonderfull, but there is a lot of “peel” coming of the rug and there are already some loose threads sticking out. And we only have it for a couple of months. Could send you a picture if you are interested.

They delivery service deliveright will take forever to deliver (haven't been able to have a delivery date) since a month ago that I made the purchase, deliveright won't give you clear information and will be constantly changing the delivery date to their final consolidation dock. As of today haven't been helped by Nordic knots either. Nordic Knots should be able to have the delivery date information to provide the right customer service since their delivery service has been making this purchase experience horrible More than 1 month has gone by and can't be able to know what is happening with my rug and if I will receive it.

Love the color and design but omg they shed like crazy. Blocked my robot cleaner and my vacuum cleaner. Airpurifier indicates bad air even after few days. Also they are extremely slow in responding, i ordered expedited shipping 1-3 days but i arrived more than a week later. I got my expedite 200 back but still if i knew how much it sheds id ordered from somewhere else
