Carpet looks great, but the people who came for the "white glove delivery" damaged our wall. It was a very installation as the room was empty but still. the wall was damaged.

The pad came in with the plastic cover ripped open and the pad dirty under the rip. The tube the rug was wrapped around was broken in the middle. Seems like your shipping materials need to be upgraded.

Not the best experience. Received a rug which was really poor quality- it wasn’t even straight along one of the sides, with the 2 ends different widths. Sent in pictures and they agreed it was faulty. Had to fight for the return postage to be paid- it’s a massive hassle returning items because of new customs rules now we’re not in the EU. Refunds are issued 14 days after the item is received. I then found they had taken off the value of the postage, having agreed not to. Whole process start to finish 6 weeks for a poor quality/ faulty rug. Update: Nordic Knots contacted me swiftly after I left this review and read through all the contacts/ genuinely listened to what I had to say. They apologised and offered me compensation which was gratefully received. I have amended the review rating accordingly.

As a designer, I have specified NK rugs many times over the years, both from their stock collections and as custom pieces (custom sizes and shapes). My experience with their stock rugs has consistently been excellent. The product quality is beautiful, deliveries have been reliable, and the overall process has always been smooth. Unfortunately, my experience with custom orders has been quite different and has fallen short of the level of service I expected from a high-end brand. Communication and responsiveness were lacking throughout the process, and it was difficult to reach a dedicated point of contact or receive timely updates. As a repeat trade partner, I also expected a greater sense of collaboration, ownership, and willingness to help navigate the custom process. The rugs themselves are truly beautiful, which makes this feedback all the more disappointing. While I would continue to specify their stock collections with confidence, I would likely explore other options for future custom projects unless the customer experience improves.

This custom rug was our second rug from Nordic Knots. Not as smooth as our first time as after inquiring about the order 3 months after ordering, I was told that there had been a mistake and the order had not been placed. Nordic Knots did offer a partial refund, so I placed the order again and waited another 3 months. In June (I believe the date was June 11) I received an email that the rug was ready for delivery. I kept checking for a delivery date but did not hear anything from the delivery folks. I reached out to Nordic Knots regarding the delay in delivery. They sent a contact number and an email address for the delivery company. I called on about June 18 and was told I would be contacted “in a few days.” I heard nothing and finally called again July 1. I also sent an email on that date. I was finally contacted by the delivery company and the rug was delivered July 7, almost an entire month after it was available to be delivered. We do love the rug, but the error in the initial ordering process and the long delay in getting the rug delivered (after it was ready for delivery) were very frustrating. I hope Nordic Knots initiates some type of status reports for customers so that customers have a clear understanding of how their order is progressing. I also hope the delivery process improves.

I loved the fact that I could get a custom size and the color choices. There was zero communication after I ordered on when the rug will be delivered. The delivery team was great. The rug was super heavy bc of the size. The color is great. After a month I must say that I am not happy with the quality for the steep price.

Overall a beautiful carpet. But the quality was not as expected. It was shorter than ordered and the finish at the edge poorly. If known I would not have ordered.

Really pretty rug and colour, but the quality in my opinion is very bad compared to the price. I’ve had it for a few months and it still needs to be vacuumed every day because it sheds and there’s so many loose threads sticking out from it.
