Very happy with my rug and customer service! I ordered the grand white rug in 200x300 when four days later I saw that 1 rug in size in 245x305 came back in stock so I immediately contacted customer service if it was possible to exchange the rug. They reserved the rug for me and now 1 week later I have it in my home and it is gorgeous. The quality is amazing and the sizing is correct! I will definitely recommend this company if you are searching for a beautiful quality rug!

We have placed an order for 2 carpets at circa £2500. One carpet has not arrived as it was lost by UPS, which is not the fault of Nordicknots however UPS requires the sender to launch a investigation and we are unable to get a response from Nordicknots. So we have paid for a carpet that hasn't arrived and cant get a response from customer service which is now growing concerning. In addition we want to return the second carpet and cant get a response from customer service to arrange the return. Responses were prompt prior to the sale, post sale we have had no response which is disappointing.

We ordered a 180 * 125 cm carpet from Nordic Knots. The delivery was on schedule and the carpet is of good quality, however the dimensions were 10 cm short in length and about 7 cm short in width from what was advertised. Upon contact, there was a prompt response and acknowledgement of the issue - which is great , however it was suggested that the only replacement available also had the same problem (meaning 2 carpets of the same type had the same problem). Replacement being no longer an option, we were offered a discount as the best available alternative- which we accepted. In summary: Good quality product, prompt response but one would expect acceptable size deviations from a premium product. For the price, we are not very satisfied with our purchase!
