NOMATIC has been great to me. Extremely quick to response when I needed a shipping address changed.

Nomatic’s customer service served me promptly and helpfully with a small issue on a recent order. I accidentally ordered a back ordered item, and they helped me cancel and reorder so my items would arrive before my trip.

So I have several colors and even different styles of the Nomatic wallet, it’s compact, very minimal yet efficient and multi- functional. I had an issue on 2 different occasions, for example : the stitching was slightly torn on a brand new wallet I received. I submitted a couple of pictures and a couple of emails to Customer Service and a brand new wallet was in my mailbox within four or five days. Always excellent customer service. If you ever have any issues which usually are minor, Nomatic WILL make it right. I still to this day highly recommend Nomatic,Have shown off my wallet to a few people and got them turned on to Nomatic, have given a few out as gifts, anybody I have recommended has also agreed (about excellent customer service)and appreciated the recommendation. Thank you to Nomatic!!! PS, I usually never give more than one review on a product, but when asked recently I gave another review. There is absolutely nothing in it for me ,to spread the word about a great company that has great customer service is something I will gladly do!

This bag will probably last 100 years ! For those of us of whom travel and movement are as vital as water , NOMATIC products are the only way go . Other companies have flashier marketing etc., but this is where you buy gear that’s going to keep you moving and do so with elan and panache . SALUTE!

Received my Nomatic 30L travel bag today(includes accessories I purchased: laundry bag, shirt organiser and vacuum bag ). I simply love them. Many compartments for organising my travel stuff. Well thought out design. Quality of material is good and the bag looks cool. Can convert between duffel and backpack. Well thought out easy-access compartments. Can't wait to receive my Normatic Navigator series, where I contributed by purchasing their travel bundle. From a satisfied customer.

Nomatic bags are great bags for travel. I own both the 30L and 40L travel bags. They are well-designed and well-made bags. I travel a lot and I feel very confident that my stuff is well protected inside these bags. The nomatic customer service personnel helped me resolve an issue I had with my recent orders. Austin was extremely helpful and generous in helping me. I highly recommend Nomatic bags and their customer service team!

Hi guys and girls if your looking for a messenger bag that has every detail thought about these guys do it all and to the max. Quality and service are second to none. I now have 4 of there Bags and all the accessories to go with. Don’t waste your money on tumi or any other bag. Nigel from uk
