I have 2 Nomatic bags and both has zippers problems, I tried to contact the warranty department due to the brand says these items has “lifetime warranty” but they didn’t fix them because my bags were a gift from my ex girlfriend and I don’t have the tickets, I do have a register # REG-5658- but they didn’t accepted, they just stoped answering my emails DON’T BUY NOMATIC PRODUCTS!!

Ordered a few products from a while back and when the order arrived, it was missing two items. I notified Nomatic and informed me that they would be shipped out, but when I received the order, only one item had been shipped. The product is good but customer service is lacking.

We purchased two Nomadic classic carry-on bags. We also bought a few accessories. We spent about $1,000 on the bags. After one trip, the bags looked beat up and years old. The coating, and covering of the bag is cheaply made. You can find this in other reviews -- but it is difficult because, as another reviewer noted, they scrub the bad reviews from their site and there are few places for customers to leave reviews. They have a short 30 day window for returns -- I suspect many people would return these bags given the opportunity. The organizational system is decent and the design is good. But you could get a better more durable bag for half the price. I would not recommend.

No doubt product is good but unfortunately shipping process to overseas will take decade to reach to its final destination.

As previous reviewers mentioned Zero, zip, nada customer service is worthless. Lifetime Warranty? Perhaps by the time I die I may hear back from them. Submit a claim? your lucky if you hear back in a month unless you complain and even then they say 'sorry' it take 4-6 weeks to process claim. Same issue I have read about with their backpacks - the front main compartment zipper separates from the bag and tears out... Love the bag, hate the company. Stay away Update. I posted the above review and what so you know, a week later I got email they were shipping the replacement.

3 stars deducted: approximately 0.5 inches loose thread (but no visible dehiscence, should not be present for price); size still smaller for my toiletries; price steep considering aforementioned issues.

I'll preface this by saying - I bought the Nomatic Messenger bag second hand and I'm a little miffed that my bag isn't covered under warranty, But thats my bad. That sad - this bag broke after a year of use. The magnetic connecter for the strap ripped out yesterday morning and now I have a very expensive bag I can't carry easily. Thats not great. So yeah - be wary friends. These *very very* expensive bags aren't as durable as they make them out to be. Which I guess is why they offer the lifetime warranty.

Very disappointed and annoyed! I bought knowing I'd have to pay to return but assumed that this would be within UK / Europe. Bought the messenger bag having bought a backpack some year or so ago.... which I was very pleased with. So that prompted me to buy with confidence. When it arrived however, the box was damaged and the bag was a little rough around the edges. Nothing I wouldn't have turned a blind eye to though... to be honest. I figured that once in use it would get a few marks. It was simply that it wasn't as big as I'd hoped for and turning it over and over again I just thought... it's too heavily priced for what it is. So I looked in to returning it. It came from Netherlands but the email notifying me how to return states it needs to go to USA. The bag was over £200 however to return it will cost me £65!!! (At this point I've not been able to post my review as I need to clean up my language! LOL!) I'd rather keep the bag than waste £65 just to return it. So, that's it, the purchase process was a nightmare and the response I got from customer service was awful!! I had to do a work around myself in order to progress my order.... I wish now I'd never bothered!!
