Switching over to Canon after years of Nikon, I wanted a “real” travel camera bag. Researched and got a great one: the McKinnon 25L. But I never took it out of the house. I realized im not a professional photographer and I also needed to have clothes, book, an iPad , etc with me on my travels. Many months later I contacted NOMATIC and asked them if they could offer me some credit towards another product on a very late return. They didn’t hesitate. I received an incredible full refund gift card and now am expecting a NOMATIC travel bag and a McKinnon large camera cube with will perfectly suit my needs. And they sent the gift card with a packing slip for the return of the 25L - all BEFORE I mailed the return. This Company gets customer service. They trust and care about their customers. I returned a bag to Nomatic but neglected to take out some valuable camera equipment that I needed right away. I texted them, and they not only found the items in my return but expedited their shipping return to me at no charge. Stellar experience, all around!

I’ve purchased many Nomatic products over the years, and they have always been stellar. Quality, design, durability, all of it has consistently impressed me. That’s why I keep coming back, and I’m confident this latest purchase will be just as solid. This time, I needed customer support because my discount code wasn’t working. Blake stepped in and took the time to find a solution that felt fair and workable. I appreciated that he didn’t just give a quick “can’t help” response. He actually worked the problem. Then, after we had already wrapped up and said our goodbyes, I realized I had ordered the wrong color. I reached back out expecting it might be too late, but Blake immediately locked back in and handled the adjustment without hesitation. No frustration, no delay. Just calm, professional support. That kind of responsiveness matters. It’s one thing to have great products. It’s another to back them up with great people. Nomatic continues to deliver on both fronts.

Communication was answered, issues with shipping were addressed, the bag itself is outstanding and worth the price. Its function reflects the intention in its design, everything about its layout and materials speak to the work invested prior to production. Nothing about this bag fights me or becomes annoying with use. I purchased two additional bags, each of those represent the same quality and utility. (20-30L travel pack)

Excellent timeless backpack. I bought the 32L Navigator. Best material, compact, and looks very luxurious high quality. The shape and form doesn’t wrinkled. I will give the bag a 5 star!

My husband was an early adopter of the Nomatic backpack, but they felt a little masculine to me so I stuck with Tumi and other brands until I needed a more rugged option before heading to Mongolia this fall. Nomatic's smaller, updated design was intriguing and I bought the 14L black backpack. I carried it through the snowy mountains & dusty desserts on planes, cars, buses and camels. It performed perfectly under all conditions and looked great the whole time! I'm so happy with this product and know it will have my back ; ) through many more adventures!

The Outset soft-shell jacket has honestly become one of my favorite things to wear. The color is amazing and I really love how comfortable it feels every time I put it on. It’s lightweight yet still keeps me warm, which makes it super easy to wear in different situations. The fabric moves so well with me and never feels stiff. It also feels really durable, like it can handle whatever I put it through without wearing out. The fit is what surprised me most. It feels athletic in all the right ways while still looking polished and professional. I can wear it to work, out running errands, even just hanging out, and it always looks good. It’s one of those pieces that just works for everything and I’m glad I picked it up.

I have had VERY few experiences with a company having as fast of support response as Nomatic. Truly exceptional. The custom order we put in for our company was an a really tight deadline (my fault) and they were able to meet it. Amazing products. Amazing service. Amazing experience!
