I bought a travel backpack for one to three days. I was very happy with the backpack and used it a lot. After a year or so the zipper of the front and main compartment broke. Support suggested to have it fixed at a local seamstress and send in the invoice. Since I did not find a seamstress in my area I asked for a replacement product, which i received only three days later. In total I find it is a great product and support and service were excellent. I can totally recoomend NOMATIC.

I ordered 2 wallets and never got either. The company is a scam!!

We recently backed a Nomatic campaign for a “messenger bag”. During the campaign, they sent an offer for backers to pledge an extra amount to have a “travel bag” included. We have just recently received the messenger bag, however no travel bag. We contacted Nomatic, who simply stated that there delivery provider confirmed delivery. I sent them photos of the delivery slip attached to the box, showing that only the messenger bag was shipped. Still no travel bag. Seems like these guys are scammers.

I ordered a Travel backpack which I initially loved. However after 3-4 uses , the backpack snap fell off and the straps also completed detached. After contacting the customer service team, I was told to take it to a seamstress... Enough said.

This is review for the Nomatic logistics and not bag quality. Upon ordering and confirmation shipment 3-6 days, it did not ship after over 10 days. Ended up canceling order entirely. Can't tell if the bag is actually good or bad.

I ordered the travel bag from Nomatic with all the options for £200.37 GBP including $19.97 USD Postage and packaging this is a massive amount of money for me as I do not have a high income. the bag took forever to come to the UK and was then held by customs, wondering why this is I rang them up only to find that they want to charge me £52.75 import tax!!!!!! I sent an email to nomatic asking for either a refund or them to cover the import fee because I feel that it should have been displayed at checkout. as of writing this, I have not yet had a reply would give a 0 if I could

I have been waiting for my order to arrive for 3 weeks now, this is yet the worst delivery experience I have had in my life. my trip is in 3 days and I haven't received the bag yet. with the amount paid you expect at least a decent delivery service! I haven't received the bag yet but the overall service is not acceptable.

Please note "Excluding tax & shipping". Local VAT and customs is not included in the prices listed online. I was just charged an extra ~100USD in customs, because of an oversight from my side. I would expect a modern international webshop - with well produced internet videos - like Nomatic would be professional and calculate the actual selling price according to the shipping address. If I had known the total price of my purchase, I wouldn't have placed the order in the first place. Can't wait to receive the my travel bag.
