Ordered 2 items and only 1 delivered (poor quality and looks like it's already been used!). Delivery conformation email states both items were delivered which is false. Sent multiple emails to customer service but absolutely no response, nothing! After seeing other poor reviews on here I would like to plaster the fact over social media that this company is atrocious, contemptible and shouldn't be allowed to trade! Disgusting company!

Absolutely useless customer service -- the company seems to have ZERO interest in responding to questions I raised for an order I placed over 2.5 weeks ago - the product should have shipped 2 weeks ago - it has not, no explanation, no willingness to respond to communications, no data on their web site NOTHING !!!!!!!

2 wallets ordered, 3 weeks later still no tracking number, I did not receive wallets, and customer service doesn't answer me anymore. Scammers. Edit : they send me 2 other wallets that I received in time

Bought a $400 travel pack and it was never delivered. Worst customer service ever. Unwilling to help and asking me to find out by myself where the bag was. Unbelievable. Very poor service.

Keine vollständige Lieferung Reaktioen von Support dauern Wochen und haben es in 3 Wochen auch nicht geschafft irgendwas zu verschicken oder eine Information zu geben, wann sie liefern.

I ordered a bag 4 weeks ago and, it never shipped. Apparently, you can make more profit if you never actually mail a product.

I have been a fan of the Nomatic products and own a few. Order a 30L Bag, got the email that it was shipped, 2 weeks later and multiple emails, no bag and NO answer! No number to call, just emails that they don't return. I have seen bad customer service but this one is the worst. If you have any kind of issues, there won't be anyone to talk to, just email that they might or might not answer. I will stay away from this company. Calling the credit card company next.

Got the Mckinnon photography backpack delivered earlier than expected. Everything I could have dreamt about, in great quality. Would order again!
