I recently ordered a Pete McKinnon 35 L bag. I cannot tell you how awesome this bag is. Two days after receiving it nomadic came out with a promotion for free cube bag with purchase. I was a little disappointed seeing I just got this as a gift I missed out on this opportunity. I reached out to Bree through online chat and we were able to work out a deal that work good for them and me. Needless to say I am overwhelmed at the quality of the product and the professional and courteous service that comes with it. I highly recommend this product.

Hands down the best products and service I have ever received. I travel more than a lot and I have never found myself in a situation where my (everyday carry) Nomatic travel pack or carry on luggage was not up to the task, trip or adventure. The packing cubes are a life saver as well. Nomatic has found a way to be stylish, functional and rugged while still feeling like an essential addition to my travels, rather than just weight on my shoulders. Do yourself a favor.

I purchased all the Navigator line through kickstarter and i am yet to receive my items, its now close to a month of delay and no tracking number is provided, their customer support wont reply to refund requests and their response time is about 1-2 weeks. I would advise you to stay away from this brand, this is the most unprofessional handling of these issues i have ever experienced in my life.

The responses they gave is super fast and helpful. I still think theres always room for improvement. Thanks alot for the assist. But i just purchased the good. So i cant review on the item yet.

Dealt with Nomatic a few times. Love their products. Have to be honest and say got quite angry at a miscommunication this time. After going back and forth getting more grumpy i came across Austin. What a great asset to Nomatic he is. Assisted in sorting my issue while being professional and friendly. I was not either of those!!! Great company and will be ordering again.

OMG my new bag is so gorgeous! I love these waterproofy zippers and the pockets are smart, well-considered, and streamlined. It is replacing a bag I bought back in 2000 to get me through college trips. My order was first stolen shortly after delivery. I wrote-in the sad disappearance of my bag, and within two hours, costumer service responded. Cam was all sorts of wonderful, and got a new bag in-process for me right away. It arrived, I am thrilled, and my cat even made it clear he loved the box.
