Fantastic doors and service

The order process was pretty easy as I did most of it online. The staff responded to my e-mails rather quickly, however there were a few times when I had asked multiple times in order to get clarification on a process. I had requested a certain ship date which wasn't met. The doors shipped after I departed the country. I had to call and prove that I had previously asked for a certain delivery date. A gentleman from Nick's quickly resolved the situation and all was well. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Nick's to other folks looking for nice doors.

I was told 5 weeks for manufacturing and delivery. It took closer to 8-9 weeks. Doors did not have door stop installed evenly from jamb to head piece. 45 total doors and I had to drop every door latch down because mortised area was 3/16 off. Doors do look very sharp but not exactly custom.

Excellent quality delivery needs work delivery companies are not always cooperative and sometimes rude

Purchased the doors due to the claims of being in stock & ready to ship. Not the case at all. We had to install temp doors while waiting. Quality was a B minus. We still have to create our own glazing stops as the the ones sent with the door were inexplicably cut 1/4" short.

Moldings for 8'doors were the wrong size Sent moldings 1st time wrong color waited 6 weeks 2nd time had to wait additional 8 weeks for the proper molding sent locks with missing parts twice and to top it off the glass inside the door is filthy and can't be cleaned because it's inside the door that was never taken care of the chasing of people to rectify the problem was frustrating and customer service was the worst I ever delt with I hope he got fired cause the way the person In charge did not care at all about the problems you had this was the worst experience I ever had with any product period!!!!!

Products arrived in good order and was high quality no issues

The doors turned out great. I ordered Grey stain on Red Oak doors to match the last order I got from Nick's several years ago. The ordering is relatively easy and they arrived three thousand miles away at our home in great shape. The only weak spot is the time from order to delivery. It is longer than they told me and this is consistent with my last order as well. Give lots of lead time and you will be ok. I would order doors from Nick's again. This was my third order.
