Our new front french door is prettier than we ever imagined. Amazing quality. They also take there time in creating a create so it won't get damaged while being shipped. I'm glad I found this company.

Purchasing from Nick's Building Supply was great! We needed 6 interior doors for our new home. The big box store could not even come close to the price, let alone quality of Nick's. We bought the 3-Panel shaker in oak. They arrived on time, in perfect condition and we could not be more pleased. Customer service was also exceptional, especially Liz.

Bought front door, sent incorrect door jamb. Nick's attitude was THEY NEVER make mistakes. I had to send photos showing measurements and ship door jamb back 6'' x 8' to possibly receive replacement. I went to a local mill ordered correct jamb and made sure to TELL OTHERS NOT TO ORDER FROM NICK'S. So far I know of 2 that went some where else.

We are very sorry about your problem I see the order that you signed for. It clearly shows all the sizes and pictures and the swing of the door. You signed and ordered a 4 9/16 jamb not a 6 9/16 Jamb that is why we email you everything to confirm on. You can see the order clearly here, We built and shipped you what you ordered. I do not believe we should get one star because you ordered it wrong. If you were that displeased you should have sent us the product back for a full refund. https://ibb.co/dLvm45

We were very pleased with our door purchase - a great product at a price that was half of what the local millwork contractors were quoting. However, the experience was marred by a customer service rep who was rude and could not provide any information. Two weeks after we ordered the door, I called to ask about the delivery schedule so we could coordinate the installation with our general contractor. The CSR was unable to provide any thing beyond the "4-6 weeks" quoted on the website. Sure enough, 6 weeks after we placed the order, we got the shipping notification - but nothing in between to give us a clue about the production schedule. I think the company has a excellent product at a great price - but customers expect more granular information than, "we'll get to it when it's your turn!" It's a small investment in fixing an otherwise outstanding experience.
