Don’t waste your money ordering express shipping there’s a 3-5 day process time they are stealing peoples money I want to drive down there to smack the sh* out of somebody

Do not order from this company! And if you do make sure the size is correct . I ordered a hat for my grandson. It was too big. I returned it. They said they received my return two month later I still have not received my refund. Their customer service is horrible and the only way you can speak to someone is through email which they do not respond back! I reached out to my bank and I’m disputing the charges.

Great customer service! I was looking for certain hats and my order kept getting cancelled on other sites. I order it off new era cap and it was delivered within 4 days.

There was an error with the shipping address. I contacted FedEx to fix the error. They informed me that as a consignee I could not change the address, that the shipper is required to do this. So I contacted New Era Cap to have them change the shipping information. They informed me that they could not help me. That the package had to be sent back to the shipper and then there is a possibility that they would resend the package. I know that they do in fact have authority to contact FedEx and have shipping information hanged due to my 8 years of experience working in the transportation industry. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If you have an issue, customer service will not help you solve it.

::Spolier:: THIS COMPANY IS LEGITIMATE I ordered two caps last week from New Era and instantly went online to make sure it wasn’t a scam. (I had a bad experience with one the day before). Then I found all these reviews and I freaked out even more. I went on my PayPal and started a claim for both caps and sited these reviews as to why I wanted a refund. PayPal said I had to wait until a future date to close the claim and then YESTERDAY THEY CAME. I was honestly expecting the worst because of all these negative reviews and they came in under 8 days! I didn’t even have expedited shipping. I am not a bot. I am not paid. I wandered on here just like you are now. I live in San Diego (I read a lot of Canada complaints) and it was all very smooth and the caps are great. Nothing crooked or weird about them!? I had to come back to this site to leave this review to defend them because I freaked out myself and now PayPa probably thinks I’m some type of refund requesting weirdo. Anyway. THIS IS A LEGITIMATE WEBSITE, THE CAPS ARE PERFECT, THEY CAME SO FAST.

This company is ridiculous. Bought a cap to support a worthy cause. It took 3 days to start shipping, then 4 days to cross the entire USA. Now I am being told it will take a month for it to make it to me in Hawaii. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Not to be trusted, wondering if my product will ever arrive. Booooooooo!

Whatever you do, do not purchase from these people. No phone contact, no refund until after you receive an item, even if you cancel within 5 minutes, like I did. They will tell you, you have to receive the item, then return it for a refund. No tracking number exists. WHAT A SCAM. WATCH OUT FOLKS. BE CAREFUL.

Website is useless. And workers are clueless. Ordered an Angels hat and received a dodgers hat for some reason. I guess workers can’t tell different between the two teams. Ordered a red angels hat and received a blue dodgers hat. Instead of them fixing the problem and sending me the correct hat I had to return this hat, which was a pain in the butt and order all over again. Idk why they just can’t send the correct item without me having to order again. I won’t order again and will never buy from their website again. Expensive hats for no reason. They use to cost $25 when I bought them as a kid.
