Took 8 days to arrive after paying express shipping. Hat was a wedding gift for my fiance and came STAINED BROWN. Brown stains directly on the logo of the hat. Seahawks logo completely ruined and noticeably brown on a light colored hat. Paid $50 and I only make $9 an hour. Still waiting on customer service response, will take this further if I need too. Update: I have since been funded an entire refund that same day. No wait, almost an hour of the email being sent I was refunded and told to keep my product. Very happy I could get this sorted out. Will be buying a bleaching pen and hoping that fixes the problem.

After I placed my order, I looked at these reviews and became worried for my order. However, everything went ok and I received my hat a week later. I just wish there was the ability to cancel or modify orders, but other than that, this business is legitimate and trustworthy.

Ordered on a Saturday and received on the following Thursday I didn’t receive a confirmation email or a shipping status but considering that they delivered my order within the timeframe i can’t complain the hats were packaged very professionally witch I’m very impressed I’ll definitely purchase from them again

Kind of lengthy delivery...but maybe I am spoiled by overnight shipping from other companies. The quality of the caps was fine and as expected. Would not recommend if you want a product fast but I can not complain about anything else.
