I am reviewing the exclusive Boston Red Sox floral visor 9TWENTY cap, adjustable. Its a beautiful cap I love the sewed floral detailing on the visor but would have loved the flowers to have matched with the purple gradient "B" as well. This would have provided that element to stand out more on the hat. I don't like the choice of the material. It is too thin/light for my taste and I did notice some areas of the hat that are thinner than other areas. The only reason why this hat might last me a while is because I don't wear hats often (only when big games come around or when game season starts) and because I rotate between the few that I own. The navigation within the website is easy to comprehend. The search bar is defiantly the most helpful when searching exactly what I want and what actually exists in inventory. I would like to see more Boston Red Sox adjustable options that are not snapbacks or sizes between S-L. Most of the designs that I truly loved are all either snapbacks or size S-L. I would say that overall my experience with this website and the hat wasn't terrible but it wasn't excellent either. I think for something that is labeled exclusive and with a $40 price tag, the overall material could have been better.

At first I was sent the wrong order but my order came a couple days later. I wrote a terrible review a week ago but since then customer service reached out and I received my entire order.

I mean… Well… Shipping is longer than KSI’s forehead. (Employees maybe Jake Paul’s next opponent bc they take so long). The hats have quality of Amazon but costs more than CaseOh’s weight. IF YOU ARE POOR (like me) MAKE SURE YOU GET A FREAKING CUPON BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE!!!

Love your hats but your shipping is garbage. Ordered June 27th, estimated delivery July 5, received July 10th. If I’m spending over $100 bucks on hats, knees to chest!

I ordered two hats on 12/18 and still has not shipped. This is insane and poorly ran. There is no reason a company can be this bad at shipping items. If I don't receive the item soon I will be contacting the BBB. ----- Update 1/9/2024. My hats were finally delivered. I've changed my rating to 3 stars mostly due to the terrible communication and slow delivery time.

Like the previous review stated, I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Everything she said in her review are the same issues I had. I ordered a sweater and hat on December 9th. I got a confirmation saying 2-3 business days for processing. I gave it a week and still not processed. Sent a email, no response. Sent another, no response. Called customer service… what a joke. You go through a bunch of prompts just to get a recording stating due to the heath crisis they aren’t accepting calls. Health Crisis??? It’s 2023. My order still has not been processed and it’s almost Christmas Day. But they manage to send me daily advertisements to buy more stuff from them. I know those are automated but if you can’t fulfill the orders you already have why put yourself in more trouble. I will NEVER order from them again. I am changing my review to 3 Stars. After writing this review I got a email saying my package was shipped. They shipped it overnight and I got it the next day. Loved the merch. I just wish their customer service was better. Even if they would have responded and said they were backed up, I would have been totally fine with that.
