Impeccable product quality and perfect delivery through DPD within 2 days. During the shipping and handling phase I was being kept updated of the progress. I had spoken with customer support prior to ordering and all my questions were answered professionally without the slightest delay. My welcome discount was applied flawlessly. The entire process was smooth and my San Diego Padres cap exceeds my expectations! Keep it up!

I visited this shop in bluewater the range of caps was exceptional and great quality but the customer service was actually the highlight of this store Georgina the sale assistant was really helpful friendly and nothing was to much trouble friendly and welcoming she was actually a breath of fresh air and a credit to any company its not often you come across people like this and when you do it only right to give them an acknowledgement

Ordered a fairly expensive cap and was dubious after seeing the trustpilot reviews after I had placed the order but the cap came within the expected delivery time frame and was high quality and authentic just as described. Would definitely buy from here again.

Almost didn’t try to purchase a hat I really wanted from this website because of all the bad reviews. This was the cutest Formula One hat for a woman (it’s pink) I found anywhere so I took the risk. The price was fair. The shipping was fast and the hat fit perfect and more than met my expectations. No complaints & would purchase from them again.
