Very poor work ethic. Bought a hat for my boyfriend’s birthday and the delivery process is horrible. They transfer your package from UPS to USPS. So they’re suppose to give you two tracking numbers, one from UPS and one from USPS. I’ve called both of them multiple times and non of them can help me because the effing sender didn’t include the usps tracking number and I can’t even call them because of “due to the pandemic we’re unable to provide telephone service” acting like if we can catch covid through the phone. I don’t know where my package is or when I’ll get it delivered. I tracked the number and first it said “January 6, by the end of the day” and I don’t know when the hell is “by the end of the day” so I waited all Effing day and it never came. Now it’s says “check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date” like what the heck. Never again will I ever buy from this 💩tty brand. Bout to head outside to smoke and wait for the 2nd time again.

No phone customer service support. Email support takes two days. Took over two weeks to arrive with no predicted arrival date while making purchase. Their interface never asked me where I wanted it shipped! Only asked payment info then voila! The purchase confirmation pops up with an address I never entered and they never asked for - and it was incorrect! Wrong city! How on earth?? Inquiring about this issue via only option of email, customer service was arrogant dismissive and unhelpful. Plus They charge you to return items. Arrogant antiquated out of touch online shopping experience. I never ever waste my time writing reviews. This pissed me off so badly I felt compelled to do so. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Arrived seven days after Christmas Eve. Just a shitshow. Not even confident my refund will be processed in a timely manner or correctly. Zero faith or good things to say. So regretful about wasting my time and energy with this place.

So, I ordered a hat, a single hat, for my nephew for Christmas online. Let's not mention that almost every model he actually wanted was out of stock. I found one that was suitable, put in my order, one more thing off my checklist, right? Nope. Two days later I got a nasty e-mail from which sounded like they were accusing me of being a scammer and were declining my order. It was vague. "Certain aspects of your order do not align with our site Terms and Conditions. . .Please note that the decision to block this specific order is final and cannot be reversed." I reviewed their terms and conditions and can't figure out what the ^%$# I did to violate some policy. It did say I could call them to discuss, which I did and got a message saying that due to the pandemic, they were not able to provide customer service by phone. What an EFFING joke. I can't control my nephew's taste in fashion, but personally, I have NEVER had any issues with this with 47 Brand, and I will never, ever even attempt to buy anything from New Era again. After further investigation, it seems that this may be due to my IP address as I was in Canada travelling at the time I placed the order. STILL NOT OK. Also, to add insult to injury, they added my e-mail address to their marketing e-mail list even though I had indicated I did not want that.

Would give zero if I could. First, they close the Toronto retail store, telling people oh you can still shop online. Now, they've blocked shipping to Canada or even to a mail forwarder. These items are all website exclusives so that means they are not available for anyone in Canada. They basically don't give a flying fk about Canadians who want to support their brand. Currently dumping my $2000 worth of New Era caps in the trash where they belong.

I find with the 39thirty caps when they turn up, the front of the caps are out of shape because they have not been stitched the same on both sides or are defective. Frustrating!

Ordered on a Saturday and received on the following Thursday I didn’t receive a confirmation email or a shipping status but considering that they delivered my order within the timeframe i can’t complain the hats were packaged very professionally witch I’m very impressed I’ll definitely purchase from them again

My son brought home a cool As hat from Vegas a year ago but never wore it. I found it on his Grandmother's floorboard of her car recently and decided to wipe it clean when I realized WHY he never wore it. Stitching is so far off! Completely crooked. Even the bill isn't cut right and has a big lump on the front. The yellow lines and back tag are completely off center. Such a bumber because it looked nice on him (from afar...)

you cant cancel an order , the order hasnt shipped in 5 days. the customer service is ok, however the agent told me my order would ship out 3 days ago, and hasnt. so i guess that was total BS . i wouldnt buy from them again. but i do love there hats. but go to another retailer rather direct from them.
