New Era CapReviews of neweracap.com

They lie and say they can't modify or cancel orders. If Amazon and every other company can do it so can they. They probably make millions each year but their customer service is a joke. Do not buy from New Era Caps.

I ordered a cap over one month ago when I check it it says it’s in Kansas today and I live in Arizona and no one can tell me when it may arrive. I’m sorry I even ordered it it’s not the sake of the money because it’s only 50 bucks but it just annoys me that this is what they think of the customers.

So I wouldn't recommend ordering anything online from this company, since my order was never delivered to my address and now they are refusing to give me a refund, while being very unethical in the process, explaining to me that I would have to contact my credit card company for a refund. Please beware or lose your money.

Why is my purchase still waiting to be picked up by FedEx. The label was made 3 days ago. They it takes 3-5 days to ship but it sits at there location waiting 3 days for pickup. Plus inpaid an extra $15 to get it sooner.

DO NOT order from these people, their is no customer service at all, no email or phone to call, they are a scam, they tell us to play nice and don’t be a jerk in the reviews but it’s ok for them to be 100% complete total $@#$ jerks

Just ordered 2 New Era hats and could not be happier. I decided not to buy footed caps because of sizing. The hats are good quality and arrived at promised. I see a lot of reviews regarding having to pay for returns. I am not sure how much ch”these people by things on line but there are a lot of companies that charge to return items. Here again is the reason I did not purchase a fitted caps. As for the tracking complaints don’t blame New Era that is a FedEx issue. Once the label is made to he responsibility is on FedEx. After I received my hats FedEx said was in shipment.

I dunno why this company is so popular. It’s a shame they basically have a monopoly in the sports hat world. How much are they making already and can’t pay for return shipping? They care about profits and not the customer. No customer chat or phone line, delivery takes forever, and the quality of hats has taken a nosedive in recent years. Not worth the price. I’ll never own a new era hat again.

New Era shipping is trash and a scam why am I paying 16-17$ more for faster delivery 2-4 days and still have not recieved my item I could've just did standard for free and they won't reinburse you your shipping fee when way late on whats advertised I will never order from them this is a scam just bad service all around and from these complaints I have read now they need a class action lawsuit for false advertising
