Like others I never received the item I ordered on December 13, 2023 and to date have not received a refunds. They are crooks! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

I made 3 consecutive orders on December 11th,12th, 13th and I my items have not been shipped or refunded. This company will take your money and not send your order and when you email them you will receive and automated artificial intelligence reply with nothing to help you with your order. I have been wearing New Era hats all my life but I will never purchase from them again and I honestly urge you not to deal with them!!!! Deal with Mitchell and Ness or any other company please. YOU HAVE BEEN HONESTLY AND FAIRLY WARNED!!!!! I WISH I KNEW EARLIER!!!!!

Like all of the other reviews, I wish I would’ve read up on the company before placing an order. I ordered my husband a Christmas gift on 10/13/2023 and no shipping updates yet. I emailed customer service and received a message that it can take up to four business days for a response. Really?? Who is in charge of this archaic business model? Every other company I ordered from was professional, competent and fast. I will never order from this company again. I will also warn others. Shop at your own risk ⛔️ I wonder if this company is even legit?

I have seen some of the reviews and most are not good, however in my case, everything went well. The hat quality was great and it did come before Christmas,.so I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Save yourself and order from alternate sites to get your New Era products. They are the worst company. No customer service. It's been a week and it still has not shipped. Like everyone else stated...I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering 🙄

Placed an order in good faith with New Era. I am simply trying to understand when my order will ship: it is a Christmas present. I experienced the same level of uselessness with their phone support as noted above. They have a HELP button on their website that one would think open up a live chat. Not here. It sends a request for info to them that can take up to 4 days to reply. What an archaic model for customer service. Every other web order I have placed for Christmas this year has been a pleasant experience: I place the order, I get processing updates, it ships, and I get tracking info. New Era does not abide by this model ... VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Nevery got any kind of conformation email like stated. I was not given any was to track my order and the statement at time of purchase stated 2-4 business days... 5 days later I read in their statement where it says track your package... you don't receive email until after item is shipped and that it could be at least 7 days to get shipped,! Thats false statements not to mention there is no way to contact anyone besides email which they staye could take 4 days for them to repond?!?! What the freak!?! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE HERE OR RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE!!!

Stay away from these thieves! I wish I would have read the reviews before placed my order, I paid 15 dlls for the 2-4 days ground shipping cause I needed the items fast, I received the order after 15 days and I send it back cause no longer needed, I was aware of the 7.95 charge for the shipping return that would be deducted from my refund and on top of that they took another extra 35 dlls for no reason.
