Amazing that in this age of internet shopping and shipping New Era takes over two weeks to get 2 hats delivered. Of course that is assuming they get delivered by the latest promised date. It may actually be 3 weeks or ?. I will never but from theme again.

Don't buy directly from New Era. They will cancel your orders. They will come out with a boggus excuse on why they cancel. Don't bother going to their website. Go to lids. These people don't care about costumer service.

They say there are returns on their site if you contact them. I have contacted 3x to get a different size and have had no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM NEW ERA!!! I ordered a Lakers sweater December 7th for a Christmas gift and it never came. I repeatedly emailed the company and they never responded. I filed a complaint with BBB and they finally responded saying they will issue a refund, and yet they have not done that. I am still trying to get my money back. It seems this is common business practice for New Era.

For a hat to be sold for £70 you’d expect it to be stitched nicely. But the stitches are so uneven and I know I can buy this for cheaper on PandaBuy bus chose new era to compare and PandaBuy wins

Emailed company requesting to see if I can exchange.. Hat. It was a gift and was it was to big. If their policy didn't allow exchanges or refunds then that's fine. My issue was I didn't get any kind of response.
