6 weeks still haven’t received order and no response from customer service

2.5 weeks no update on shipping info.. no customer service.

Paid for faster shipping for a World Series cap, which was a mistake. They took their sweet-ass time in expediting my order. I have ordered caps before and the shipping time was atrocious. I wanted to support my team, but now the Series is half over. Don't offer faster shipping if you can't produce the product in the time frame listed. You are ripping people off. Another example of big business taking advantage of it's customers and the hard earned $ they pay. I collect caps, but will find another business to buy them from. C'mon Man. Get Better.

This company’s operational and customer service side need a complete overhaul. Their shipping times are atrocious and good luck getting any customer service rep to give yo any information. This is my first time ordering one of their products online and you can bet and believe it will be the last. As a matter of fact, I won’t be buying any of their products because they couldn’t care less about their customers.

Like others. I am writing this only on shipping side as my order is late. I don't know what the point of New Era charging for shipping if we are not even getting our products on time. I think I will just buy my has in store moving forward.

the website has gone downhill so much, the search bar rarely works. I have the hardest time finding the new releases. I never get any notifications anymore. there business practices seem out dated, with no regard to the consumers.

I bought this crème colored LA boonie hat which cost me $40 plus. It’s a medium one which is my size and it’s tight besides the texture is not what it looks like in the picture. It’s so thin like it’s made of paper. I regret buying this one I could have returned it instead.

The reviews here are suspicious. Shipping was fast and the fitted Memphis Grizzlies cap was high quality and perfect. I don’t know why the bad reviews, but don’t believe them. I’m happy with my New Era Caps purchase.
