Excellent service. They even e-mailed me to ensure the measurements were right before processing the order to ensure I received a proper delivery. Quick delivery. Quality of jackets exceptional and detailed. Co-workers loved the jacket so much a few of them are now ordering them now. Gotta say, I'm really impressed and normally am not bothered to do reviews, but am in this case!

I absolutely LOVE my jacket. I got the custom size and it is just perfect. I cannot wait to wear it to the comic expo I wanted it for.

This was my second purchase through them, and I'm once again delighted by my Trek-related purchase. I was hesitant on my first order, given mixed reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised by the speed, quality, sizing and communication, so several weeks later I place a second order for a new catalog item. Again, great communication, speed, quality and sizing. I've already recommended to several other cosplayers (some of whom place their own orders last night) and am absolutely looking forward to purchasing again myself!

Great communication, super fast delivery, and better than expected look and quality. I ordered a Star Trek away team leather jacket. The fit and finish were better than expected, and the customer service was outstanding overall. I couldn’t recommend more, and will be purchasing from them again. Thank you!

I am very happy with the Amy Fleming Heartland Red Jacket purchased recently. The day after ordering, I was asked to send my measurements to confirm my size, Small, which checked out except for my shorter sleeve length. When my jacket arrived (quicker than expected!), it fit beautifully, including the sleeves! Although the pockets of the jacket are bigger than those on the one worn by the Heartland actress, overall, I like the look! Will soon be a signature jacket of mine! Thank you!
