Really good customer service, they sent me a medium jacket when I asked for a large and were able to send me the correct size on the 2nd try while still keeping the old one hassle free. Only thing I will say is that sometimes they took a while to reply. Otherwise, great company!

After two months and ten (10) e-mails, I finally received my jacket. I will justify the delay due to high customer demand. The jacket is high quality and fits perfectly.

I am very happy with the Amy Fleming Heartland Red Jacket purchased recently. The day after ordering, I was asked to send my measurements to confirm my size, Small, which checked out except for my shorter sleeve length. When my jacket arrived (quicker than expected!), it fit beautifully, including the sleeves! Although the pockets of the jacket are bigger than those on the one worn by the Heartland actress, overall, I like the look! Will soon be a signature jacket of mine! Thank you!

I received the parcel today and the coats were amazing, I love the fabric and style.

The jacket I wanted wasn't in stock, however they bent over backwards to help me out with obtaining a different jacket.

My 1st experience with American Jackets: I was excited to find a company that carried the Amber Marshall jacket featured on the series Heartland. I bought it as a surprise for my wife. The time period from date of purchase to the delivery date was exceedingly long! On top of that, there was a frustratingly lack of communication on the whereabouts of my purchase. The jacket arrived and was exactly as advertised! My wife loved it. Because of that, I would give American Jackets a 2nd chance on purchasing a jacket & would even recommend them to others. I only would hope they can correct the delivery time and communicate more with the customer base. I gave them a four star rating because the product was great and American Jacket reached out to me stating they are “working day and night” to improve delivery times.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do one for New American Jackets. I ordered the John Dutton Series 3 leather jacket. It did arrive here in Canada with no problem. Jacket was well made and leather was decent however they do not use real shearling on the collar. The XL did not fit, Jacket made in Karachi Pakistan so sizing could be off compared to North American sizing. North American Jacket customer service was exceptional in dealing with the size issue and promptly replaced with a XXL Jacket. This jacket fit much better with the exception that the sleeve length was too long. Customer service gets 4 stars and was exceptional. As far as jacket goes it would get 2 stars due to sizing issues and not using real shearling wool.
