New American JacketsReviews of newamericanjackets.com

I ordered a jacket and put in my size. I was contacted by customer services as they were not sure the measurements I had sent them were correct. I was given full instructions of exactly how and where to measure. Jacket arrived and it fits superbly. I got a tracking number and managed tyo arrange a covenient delivery. They could easily have just let me order the wrong size. Thank you . Would use again

The whole process was easy, on time and the communication and product/shipping update was always very fluid. The quality of the product is as expected and I do recommend this seller.

Excellent product and outstanding support post-sale. The quality and the design is very good .

I ordered a jacket and it was received in a timely fashion. However, it didn’t fit and I didn’t like the style and I didn’t want a larger size. I had no problem returning it and getting my refund. So even though I didn’t purchase anything, I was pleased with the way everything was handled. I just had to pay for shipping to return the jacket which I didn’t mind at all.

I am very pleased with my jacket. The team was very kind in helping me figure out the exact size I would need. The quality of the jacket is good. When I am going to look for another specialized jacket / coat again, I will definitely come back to this site.

There's a lot of pretty sketchy websites selling unofficial movie clothes/accessories but I have to say, these guys delivered! I was looking for a Ted Lasso starter jacket and New American Jackets popped up, along with a dozen other similar websites. These guys seemed the most legit, so I pulled the trigger and hoped for the best. Production took a little while (about two weeks) but I elected to pay for expedited shipping which stunningly only took a couple days all the way from Karachi. The quality of the jacket is actually pretty good! It's a dead-on replica of the coaching jackets in Ted Lasso. Would recommend for all of your costume needs.

Product is great quality and decently priced. I received my jacket in a reasonable time frame and am very happy with my purchase! Also, excellent communication with this company, as I had a question about the product and it was answered very quickly!

Would’ve been 5 but the shipping is slow it’s probably because they’re out of the country. It took 3 weeks for my item to arrive. No tracking number like they said they would send after shipping. The color was brown not orange but it was perfect thanks overall I received and I’m happy with the item
