I had my cosplay event last week and I had no other option so I ordered from them. Their customer support team also encouraged me to place the order and also promised to deliver on time. I must say these guys are doing a great job as my outerwear arrived right in time safely. Highly recommended to shop!

Really good customer service, they sent me a medium jacket when I asked for a large and were able to send me the correct size on the 2nd try while still keeping the old one hassle free. Only thing I will say is that sometimes they took a while to reply. Otherwise, great company!

La veste capitaine Leland envoyée, n'était la même que sur les photos (coutures différentes, col différent, bas des manches différent). MAIS réponse trés rapide suite a la plainte, excuses présentées par plusieurs membres de l'équipe et remboursement express! Compagnie TRES professionnelle, merci!

I just got in the mail today a custom Captain Kirk bomber jacket from New American Jackets! Wow. Wow. Wow! I named dropped Jeremiah McClellan with their Sales Executive Tina Elizabeth. And it’s pretty much movie accurate. If you guys want a descent bomber for a reasonable price, ask for the custom McClellan. I did. From the day it was ordered, to the day it arrived was less than a month! Amazing! Tina Elizabeth communicates very clearly and responds quickly. I have my eye on two more products, the Han Solo Trench coat and Return of the Jedi (brown pant version) vest. They have temporary pictures from the source material right now and the vest exists as two separate versions from two different films. Once the company has photos up of the actual products and the items are screen accurate l will purchase them. Thank you New American Jackets!

Also, the customer service is very helpful and has guided me so well about my size. Overall, my experience with the New American Jackets was excellent.
